"My husband loves the 501 jeans. You reallycan not find them at most places, but Sears I found them. He also wears a 355 in waist, and they are hard to find. I bought them in 4 different colors and he could not have been happier. His birthday is coming up in feb, and he will be gettting more of them. He loves them, and looks so good to watch him wear them with a big smile!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I love 501 jeans and will always wear them, but the last two pair I bought had problems with the belt loops pulling out after one washing! One of the button holes ripped out from one pair also, which I have never had happen to me. Levis, please make the jeans better. I love them but am tired of them falling apart on me right away."

"Jeans fit ok, length & waist was a bit different on each pair by just a slight bit. Difficult to order online with varying sizes. Looks good except for slight size difference. Used to be that I could buy my size and there wasn't this difference."

"I have been wearing 501 for many years and recently when I attempt to purchse them the fit is varying on many scales. The length has varied up to one inch and the waist can vary as well. Not to mention the stitching which is not of the quality that Levi has been known for. On the last 5 pairs of 501's the stitching has begun to unravel leaving me very dissatisfied."

"I am haveing trouble finding 501s that haven't been pre-washed and pre-faded. They all look half worn out. When I pay for new pants I want NEW PANTS. I've been buying Levi' 501's for fourty years and this is the first pair I've ever had that the button holes are fraying. I hope this is not a sign of things to come!"
