Great Drill, September 28, 2009
By bmw5002 from Wayne, NJ

"I used it first to drill out seized car wheel lug nuts. I had to drill out almost the entire wheel studs (5-6 of them). That is HARDENED STEEL ladies and gents. I was sitting on the ground drilling out these studs, going through a couple bits and a whole lot of lubricating oil, and I must have spent about 8 hours total. 8 hours of almost constant drilling and this thing is still going like it just left the store. Awesome."

"Comfortable to operate, strong. I liked the two levels (one was on top and one at the rear). I also like the keyless chuck. Haven't used it to much yet, but think it will be a great drill."

Poor Quality, May 27, 2008
By ElectronTech from Chicago, IL

"The mounts holding the motor brushes melted after only a few uses. I have only used the drill a few times, now it does not work. This is not a simple repair, so the drill will most likely end up in a land fill."

"I liked this drill so much I bought my son one for christmas. I took mine to church for a remodel project. Several people used it and wanted to take it home, even the cordless owners. It is comfortable in my hand and has lots of power. No trouble with any feature. I choose this drill first of the 6 drills I own. I use a battery drill for quick one hole jobs. I've had it for 6 months and it is great."

"The problem with this drill is the cord, or at least it was with mine. Simetimes it would work and sometimes it would'nt. It worked good for about 3 months, and up until then it was everything that it was advertized to be. I brought it to Sears to maybe exchange it for another one, but they refused to do so. I then brought it to an authorized repairman and it was going to cost me as much as I paid for the drill. I'm not saying that it's a piece of junk, only that my experience with it was less than satisfactory. In the end, I bought a competitor's model."
